Welding Dust Collector Product Introduction
Mobile high vacuum fume extractor is convenient to move, it is very suitable for often changing the welding place working condition.The DN 44mm or 51mm suck hose is very flexible to reach any place where the general suction arms don't go. Also it can connect kinds of sucker nozzle with magnetism or 1-2 pcs professional high vacuum suction welding gun.
Welding fume and dust collector is a small dust collector specially designed for small particles that harmful to human body produced during welding. It is suitable for single and double welding positions. It is light, flexible and easy to operate.

Features
1. Low noise, stable performance, convenient operation longer lifetime.

3. Pulse jet cleaning method for the filter makes machine to work continuously. User can set the pulse frequency depending upon the requirements.
4. It is attached with all-direction caster wheels, which makes the facility movable freely and easy to position.
5. The filter material is polyester with PTFE coated, which can filter 99.9% dust at 0.3 microns.
6. Vertical installation would protect the filter from dust accumulation, which would ultimately increase the filter life, reduce gasket leaks, and result in better pulse cleaning.
