Shanghai Kaisen Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd has been always committed to designing, R&D and manufacturing of industrial dust collectors. Since 2007 we had been engaged in dust collectors for ten years. Our products are extensively applied to the processing of welding, cutting, grinding, painting, casting, chemical, wood processing, paper and other industries.

With the ten years development, Kaisen has become one of the top brands in China in this field, and we have been accredited by CE, ISO9001, ISO14001,OSAS18001etc.

Kaisen’s products are made of imported components with foreign advanced technology and we have multi-series, diversified fume & dust collectors and integrated purifying system.

The products of Kaisen include mobile welding fume extractor, wall mounted fume extractor, high vacuum fume extractor, laser & plasma cutting dust collector, grinding fume collector, 3D printer dust collector and system solution of fume disposal, and have been exported around the world such as UK, Denmark, Japan, Chile, Australia, New Zealand etc.

There are 35 technical staff including 5 senior engineer, 16 engineer, and 8 assistant engineer. We could design and transform the purification project according to your requirement. And our company is the first enterprise which has passed the authority certification of Shanghai Environmental Products Quality Supervision & Inspection Center in China, with the product’s performance index reached leading international level.

Kaisen owns the MESSER CNC plasma cutting machine; ACL and AMD CNC bending machine and other advanced processing equipment, laser particle count filter performance test platform.

Special products could be customized according to various environmental pollution problems of industrial plants with excellent quality and perfect service.

With the development of the company recently years, Kaisen has gained credibility and built cooperation with some famous domestic enterprises.

• Buhler(Changzhou) Machinery Co., Ltd used 14O sets wall-mounted welding fume extractor valued about USD 437000 in their Phase I project and grinding welding fume extractor(Model: KSDM-3.0&KSDM-5.5) and plasma cutting valve-type fume extractor system in second phase.
• CATERPILLAR (Xuzhou) INC. placed an order about USD 501000 including 70 sets of KSZ-3.0/1.5S mobile intelligent welding fume extractor and 10 sets of central fume extractor with suction arm and pipe.
• Shanghai Shenjiang Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd purchased the central fume extractor system including pipe system,and plasma cutting blow-suction fume extractor system, etc. which valued about USD 274000. 

Besides the cooperation with domestic enterprises, Kaisen also gained the reputation around the world. Recently, Kaisen worked with WELDCOM INDUSTRY., JSC in Vietnam to carry out a massive cooperation project. A set of 132kw central fume extractor(USD 95575) without pipe system has been used in this project. We also cooperated with BMW Automobile, Thyssen Krupp elevator, SIEMENS VAI,SANNY Heavy Industry etc. and will build a long term business relationship with them in the future.
