Principle
The smoke and dust generated during the work are sucked into the single-machine dust purifier by the suction arm. First, the first layer of centrifugal pretreatment of the purifier can separate and intercept the large-sized dust and the spark particles generated by grinding; avoid the residual spark entering the main machine directly. Filter element; the pretreated dust-laden gas enters the second layer of the main filter element for the final main filter element, and the filtration effect is very high. Since the filtration accuracy of the main filter element can meet the indoor emission standard, the filtered clean air can be directly discharged into the indoor circulation through the air outlet below the purifier. The surface of the filter element is cleaned more thoroughly and cleanly, which can always ensure that the dust collector has a constant suction air volume.
Application:
1. Lightweight, powerful suction and low noise.
2. The filter element is made of imported PTFE microporous membrane filter material with high filtration accuracy.
3. It can be connected with various magnetic suction nozzles, or with 1-4 special high-vacuum suction welding torches.
4. Adopt two-stage filtration: the first stage is the interception and filtration of large particles and sparks; the second stage is the filtration of fine smoke/dust.
5. The suction hose is made of real temperature-resistant, flame-retardant and wear-resistant composite material, which has a longer service life.
