Kaisen supplies their fume extractors with their proprietary filter, an ultra-efficient filter capable of capturing the sub-micron sized particles generated by welding processes. Their special designed filters have a HEPA 12 rating, and allow efficient air flow through the filter for strong suction power. They are made of Japanese imported material that lasts up to two times as long as those conventional filters.
The high-pressure fan will generate a strong vacuum suction force, forcing the fume to move to the air inlet and enter the extractor for purification. While the wire mesh filter filters out sparks, the fume is evenly divided by the deflector, and then filtered by the filter cartridge. At the same time, the large particles fall into the dust collector/fume extractor under the action of gravity, while the small particles float in the vortex caused by suction and be filtered by the extractor. Small particles coalesce on the layer surface of the filter cartridge, and then fall into the dust box under the action of gravity. The purified air is discharged into the workshop through the air outlet.

The fume from the machining process will be sucked into the air extractor through the fume hood. First, the fume will pass through the first layer of spark interception steel mesh, which will separate and intercept sparks immediately. And the smoke enters the second layer, the filter preventer plate, to prevent residual sparks from directly entering the main filter layer. Finally, the fume enters the third layer, the main filter cartridge, for final purification.
The air extractor has a front connector, which can be connected to various professional suction hoses, suction welding torches or breathing masks through a Φ44mm hose. By connecting with Φ44mm hoses and professional nozzles, the nozzles of robots and welding machines can also be fixed on the welding torch, and move with the welding torch to simultaneously absorb welding fumes. It can also be used for welding testing and cleaning of training sites.
The extractor can be connected to the nozzles of various magnetic suction cups through a hose, or can be connected to a high vacuum suction welding gun.
