Standing central built-up large dimension metal parts grinding and polishing dust filtration system
Main Introduction
1. Grinding and polishing is an indispensalbe process in the metal processing. It will generate a large
amount of dust during the grinding and polishing metal workpieces, which will cause pollution to
workshop environment and also endanger the health of workers.
2. For fixed and light weight small workpieces, we will use downdraft dust collector to purify and collector the
dust. For the big size and weight workpieces, it needs hoist to hoist them,then we choose the central
grinding dust collector to aspirate and purify the dust generated by grinding or polishing.
3. It will collect the grinding dust through the way of ventilation in the bottom, it is suitable for big volume
and weight workpieces which is moved by crane.
4. The standing grinding fume extractor is designed completely with user-friendly style, the design work
and preparation of other accessories can be implemented based on actual customer needs, and it can
combine 2-3 units togehter.
