Main features

The HEPA filter may remove at least 97% of the 0.3 micron (μm) diameter airborne particles. This size particle is the most difficult to filter and thus is considered to be the most permeable particle size (MPPS).


The HEPA filter is composed of randomly arranged fiber mats. The key factors affecting the effect are fiber density, diameter and filter thickness. Airspace between HEPA filter fibers is greater than 0.3μm. The common hypothetical HEPA filter acts like a sieve where particles smaller than the largest opening can pass are not correct. As for the large membrane filter particles, they are as wide as the beginning or the maximum distance between the fibers can not simply pass between them. However, HEPA filters are designed aimed at smaller pollutants and particulates by one of three main mechanisms trapped (they stick fiber): The interception particle is engaged in the streamline where the air stream comes within a radius of the fiber and adheres to it. Tighter larger particles cannot be avoided by following the curved contours of the air stream and are forced to directly embed in one of them; this is increased with reduced fiber separation and higher airflow speed.


Adopting international standard size specifications: The filtration efficiency of ≥0.3μm particles is above 99.97%. The computer-controlled automatic folding machine system is used for spray folding. The folding height range can be adjusted steplessly between 22~96mm (50mm). Glass fiber filter paper as a filter each filter is strictly tested. Application: The HEPA filter is mainly used for terminal filtration in applications requiring high cleanliness, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and hospitals.


 Note: The dust collecting system must equip with the catcher of spark to prevent plenty of spark
            to enter the filter system. 
Application: It replaces kinds of foreign brand relevant products.
