The vacuum pressure air flowing the blower generates enters the purifying chamber through the suction arm or pipe. The dust contained gas is purified in the purifying chamber through the separation of the filter cartridge. Through different ways of cleaning (manual cleaning or automatic cleaning) make the ash cake of accumulating in the surface of the filter fall into the fume drum. After cleaning, the clean air through the air duct is exhausted out by blower.
Smart mobile welding fume extractor has two directional and two rotary polyurethane casters with brake device for easy moving and stationing. It is suitable for the purification of fume and dust generated in all kinds of welding, grinding and other places as well as for collecting rare metal particles and precious material.
Suction arm can be rotated by 360 °and can reach the position flexibly and easily by pulling the handle on the hood and position in the absence of external force. Depending on needs, 2m, 3m or 4m flexible suction arms are available. Suction arm uses high temperature resistant, flame retardant and wearable composite material, it will not crack after burning through by spark and has a longer usage life. The diameter of suction arm is 160mm.
The fume comes from the processing will be sucked into the extractor through the hood, first the fume passes the 1st layer spark intercept steel mesh which will separate and intercept the spark initially. And the fume enters into second layer namely filter preventer plate to avoid residual sparks enter into main filter layer directly through ramifying the fume. At last the fume enters the third layer namely the main filter cartridge for ultimate purification.The filtration efficiency can reach 99.9%.
As the filtering precision of the main filter cartridge reach the indoor emission standards, after filtration clean air can be directly discharged indoor through the air vent in the back of the extractor. The filter inside makes use of full automatically rotating blowing (pulse nuzzle cleaning) system for cleaning ash while connecting the compressed air source, it makes the surface of filter more clean and tidy. So the dust collector is always keeping the constant air flow.
The filter elment of the welding fume extractor is made of imported PTFE membrane filter material of high filtration precision, and the filtration precision reaches 0.1 μm. In accordance with the extractor work intensity and the amount of dust, the usage life of the filter is different.The corresponding indicator on the control panel will light up to indicate different conditions and a power phase sequence indicator, phase absence and short-circuit protection are set inside. It’s equipped with automatic shutdown mechanism when the temperature is too high (optional).
